There are many Kabob places in Herndon and Reston area but non compare to this place. I am a customer since 2018 and was never let down. The kabobs are very fresh and tasty. The meat quality is really good compared to other places. Overall, the food portions are really good. I specially love lamb chops and chicken Kobida. Honestly, all Kabobs are just so good. I order on combo meal and eat it in two days because the portions are big.Very reasonable price for great quality and tasty meal. My American friend tried it once and she really liked it too.

1st the good, The lady who worked there was extremely nice and friendly All of us ordered the gyro. 2 of us got the salad and 2 got the wraps. When you see the Gyro meet on the spindle you assume that they will make the food by carving the gyro meet off of that. I can't stand it when they carve it and put it in one of those containers and serve it later because it's all dried out. Honestly I will not go back. Going forward don't carve the meat off of the spinner and save it for later it gets dried out

They always get the order wrong, The wait staff is often rude and the owner is shady. We made an order at 8:30pm got home by 8:50 and realized the order was wrong, we call the staff and ask for a refund since we would not be able to get back there before closing. They reassured us multiple times that since we were regulars and ALWAYS brought the food back in the past that we would just get a refund and did NOT have to provide any proof or return the food. Two days go by and I still do not get a refund, I call and am told AGAIN that I do not need to bring back the food (it was still in our fridge disgustingly enough) and I will receive a refund. Four more days go by and I receive no refund or confirmation, I call the store for a THIRD time and am met with rude wait staff telling me I am supposed to call the owner (some how I was supposed to magically have his cell number?). They of course “forget” to let me know. I call the owner and am now told I have to provide proof that the food was made incorrectly. The staff is apparently insisting that they made it correctly after admitting to me TWICE that they have consistently gotten the order wrong and after guaranteeing I would get a full refund without providing proof. I also conveniently can’t get in contact with them until a week later when they know I no longer have the food/proof. I offered multiple times to bring the food back and find some type of compromise and I was met with unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect. Overall, this situation was handled so poorly. Too bad, we used to tip a lot and get take out twice a week. Guess we’ll take our business elsewhere.

I’ve come enough times that I have a few discounts but every time i’ve been they either hurry to the page before I can enter my phone number, or like today said they dont take it. But they still must take it as when i put in my number for the receipt the points popped up in the clover app, and as I can order in the clover app and get the discount. Just confused as to why the have the clover rewards if you can never use them.

My wife and I ate lunch here this week. Good food, large enough portions that we were able to have enough for another meal a day or two days after. She had the chicken kabob and I the falafel plate. We have been going to Grill Kabob locations since over 20 years now. They have multiple locations but every location is not good. This Reston one is one of the good or best ones. We have been going to this location since 2+ years now and their food quality is always consistent. They have nice seating area also and the people are friendly as well. We went there a couple of days ago after a gap of 1+ years because of COVID and we were happy to see that their food quality is still same. They used to have green and white sauce bottles on the tables but not anymore, maybe because of Covid. When I asked the person at the counter, she gave me one to use as we like their sauces. I stopped here the other day and have to say that I regret not stopping by earlier. I got a simple gyro sandwich and have to say that it was packed full of meat so much that I couldn’t finish it all. Everything was fresh, tasty, made to order, and perfect!!! I highly recommend this place simply because the proportions are big enough for two meals. I’ll be back for sure and will make sure to capture some photos next time.

Great kabobs. The food is very good and all the regular choices you expect from a kabob restaurant. I had the steak and it was tasty and tender. My friend had lamb. It was good too. Reasonably priced great for lunch or dinner. TV on the wall was playing a soccer game. Parking lot is reasonable. Get crowded and the spaces are a bit tight, but I have never had a problem finding a spot. Some days have to walk a little further to get parking space.

Man where should i start! This place is definitely my favorite spot to eat due to the fact that they serve very delicious food and good portions that fill you up with a smile! If you havent been to Grill Kabob in a while, I'd say try it again. I hadn't been in about 6 months and the other day, I went with a friend and we both agreed the food had improved. I asked if they hired a new chef and they confirmed this is the case. Larger portions, less salty, better taste and higher quality than before!

When told being new to place , the lady at the restaurant, rather than recommending something, asked us to refer the menu. That was point down right over there. It was not a busy time as there was no one around.Having that said , we took the chicken kebab , that came with rice(two types) , salad , a naan . We also got Baklava (separately). Portion size was good.The chicken was fresh, moist but could have been more flavorful. The Baklava was definitely not worth it. It was dry and slightly soggy.Not worth the price the menu is. The customer service can be improved. Will definitely try other kebab places before checking this place again. Rated this three only because of unwelcoming experience and less flavorful food.

It was really sad when Midtown Kabob closed in Reston Town Center, but today I tried Grill Kabob next to Whole Foods and, wow, it was even better. The chicken kabobs were just as tender and the marinade and spice were incredibly flavorful. The creamy dipping sauce was perfect on the chicken and I also loved the chickpeas and brown rice. I didn't really like the atmosphere inside because they had televisions playing the news, but there were some picnic tables beside a nearby water fountain that was really fun for a nice day to dine outside.

Disclaimer: I am very COVID cautious... Here it goes... I don't like leaving negative reviews but I just picked up a to-go order and was really bothered & surprised to see the person behind the counter not wearing a mask. Well, technically the mask was looped over one ear but not the other and the lady's mouth and nose were totally exposed. She was prepping other orders during this time. I didn't think quickly enough to refuse the order. So I paid for the meal but did not feel comfortable eating it and ended up throwing it away. What a waste of food & money. Consistently great kabobs. I usually get the lamb kabob platter and every time the lamb has been cooked so it's very tender and well spiced.
